New Trip Builder - used to gather information about up coming trips.Storing information on Aircraft and
Crew Selection, Departure Date and Time, Passengers on board for each leg, Departure Times, Trip Notes,
FBO/Handling information, Catering, Hotel Reservations, Ground Transportation. Collect this information as you get
it and the whole department now knows what needs to be completed and what has been done for each trip.

New Trip Manager - A form that allows you to see upcoming dates and legs for
each trip. And a base from where you can open the Trip Builder to create new trips and delete trips that are

New Trip Sheet - A report that contains all information for a given trip. All of your information in one report. There are three different
Trip Sheet formats that can be used. Trip Sheet formats can be selected from the menu Tools, Options, Trip Sheet
Default. If one of these does not meet you needs, a custom formatted Trip Sheet can be purchased. Just email me your form and we will
work together.
