• Flight Dispatch Report - A key feature in this program.  Intended to be used to dispatch aircraft for every flight leaving home base.  This report gives the Captain the information he needs to ensure the aircraft is ready for the intended flight.  This information condensed, updated and available to the Flight Deck is worth the price of this program alone.  This report could be very useful during a FAA ramp inspection when asked for the maintenance status of the aircraft. • Aircraft Tracking Options - Allows you to choose which items you would like to track!  Ten user defined items for you to customize.  Four user defined items reserved for recurring Airworthiness Directives.  You can adjust the number of days to be alerted for each item.  Tracking options are customized for each aircraft in your fleet.  Only the selected items will appear in the Flight Dispatch Report.  Each Item that comes within the Alert Days you have entered will be highlighted in yellow, calling your attention to that item. • Trip Builder - Create and store future trips with the Trip Builder, stores all upcoming trip information to produce a concise Trip Sheet and the ability to print an upcoming trip schedule. You can select differant Trip Sheet formats to fit your need.
• Passenger & Crew Manifest - Store passenger information for easy retrieval, and create a Passenger Manifest for security requirements. Prepare for ASIP and the Large Aircraft Security Program.
• Current Aircraft Times are quickly available for each aircraft.
• Flight Log Entry is quick and easy to use.  The Flight Log Entry page reconfigures itself to accommodate aircraft with or without an APU and two or three engine aircraft.  All computations are done for you, decreasing errors.  The program allows for tracking aircraft usage such as Dead Legs, Training, and Passenger Legs that are used later in reports.  A serialized flight log number is assigned to each flight log for tracking purposes. • Flight Log Edit window allows you to navigate directly to a flight date or flight log number for quick review or editing.
• Flight Time by AC report is a graphic report that allows the user to change it on the fly.  The report is a 3D bar graph that displays aircraft flight hours.  The user can adjust the aircraft included in the report and the time period displayed.  Flight Log Screen Shot
• Monthly Activity Report - the user selects the desired aircraft, report month, and the year.  The report generated depicts thirty one days with totals for each day and the month for the following: Pilot Hours; Flight Hours; Passenger Hours; Dead Head Hours; Training Hours; Total Legs Flown; Average Leg Time; Total Passengers Hauled; Passenger Load Per Leg; Total Fuel Burned (LBS); % Fuel Per hour (LBS); % Fuel Per Hour (GPH); Distance Flown (SM); Speed Per Hour (SM); Overnights.  Monthly Activity Screen Shot

Flight Status Manager is a great communications tool.  It can be used across your network to allow multiple stations use of the program at the same time.  It is not a maintenance program such as CAMP, Cesscom, etc.  It is meant to distribute the information so all personal can be aware of the current flight status.
